PART 1: Plan & Learn

Thursday 15th May 7:30 pm - 9:00pm

Natalie will introduce the 168-hour week concept—what it is and why it works—and help you understand how to use your time intentionally.

Helen will teach you how to use the balance plate method and introduce different meal-planning techniques.

PART 2: Get Ready to Take Action

Thursday 22nd May 7:30 pm - 8:30pm

Using the techniques you learnt in week 1 and the observations you’ve made over the last week as homework, with the support of Natalie & Helen, you will make your personalised week time plan and complete your meal planner using the technique that will work best for your unique situation.

PART 3: Reflect & Celebrate

Thursday 12th June 7:30 pm - 8:30pm

Here, we will reflect on the last five weeks, celebrate your success, and have a Q&A session to resolve any challenges you have faced.
