Refund Policy

A full refund will be given for appointments cancelled more than 7 days prior to the appointment date. Appointments cancelled with 7 days or less notice will be refunded minus a £45 fee to cover the pre-work done by The Pharmacist Nutritionist. Appointments can however be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
