About Us

Helen Shah graduated in 2005 from The University of Bradford with a 1st class Masters in Pharmacy and is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.

She has worked in healthcare for the last 24 years, including community pharmacy, hospital outpatient pharmacies and most recently in urgent care.

In 2023, Helen gained her MSc in Human Nutrition at Manchester Metropolitan University, achieving a distinction. She is registered as an Associate Nutritionist (Anutr) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN), the only register of nutritionists recognised by Public Health England (PHE) and the NHS. She is particularly interested in preventative nutrition and its role in chronic disease risk reduction and its synergistic role alongside medications in chronic disease management.
