Refund policy

A full refund for appointments cancelled more than 7 days before the appointment date will be given.  Appointments cancelled within 7 days will be refunded minus a £45 fee to cover the pre-work done by The Pharmacist Nutritionist.  appointments can, however, be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
