What to Expect

During our consultation together, we will investigate your medical, food, and lifestyle history and explore the reasons that led you to book an appointment. I will assess any body measurements you give me to help monitor your progress and define our starting point.  In partnership, we will develop achievable personalised health and nutrition goals. Following our consultation, I will provide you with a summary of our consultation and a written plan detailing your nutrition next steps.
