Our Nourish Continuum package provides ongoing support, accountability, and motivation as you progress on your nutrition journey. This package seamlessly follows either our initial consultation, 3-month kick-start package or diet MOT. The monthly online follow-up sessions give you the opportunity to check in, ask questions and resolve problems, keeping you on track to achieving your goals. The third session is a full review appointment to assess your progress towards your nutrition goals. Before the session, I will analyse your food diary*, looking at both the micro and macronutrient levels. We will take new body measurements, re-analyse your body composition, and chart your progress. I will support you in any areas you have found difficult and help you set new goals as you move through your plan. Following our consultation, I will provide you with a summary of our consultation and a written plan detailing your nutrition plan and next steps.

After completing your booking, you will receive an email within 2 days with a payment link. Please make payment within 24 hours of receiving this link to secure your booking.
You will also receive a welcome letter and a link to a pre-appointment questionnaire. Please complete the questionnaire at least 7 days before your appointment to allow The Pharmacist Nutritionist to prepare it. If the booking is made within 7 days of the appointment, please complete it as soon as possible.
