Our Nourish Continuum package provides ongoing support, accountability, and motivation as you progress on your nutrition journey. This package seamlessly follows either our initial consultation, 3-month kick-start package or diet MOT.

The monthly online follow-up sessions give you the opportunity to check in, ask questions and resolve challenges, keeping you on track to achieving your goals.

The third session is a full review appointment. Here we will look back to see how far you have come, then look forward to the next 3 months to plan your continued success and nutrition next steps.

I will support you in any areas you have found difficult and help you set new goals as you move through your plan. Following our consultation, I will provide you with a summary of our consultation and a written plan detailing your nutrition plan and next steps.

Throughout the package, you can access my clinic portal via an app. From here, you can send me messages to ask questions, manage your appointments, and view your reports and nutrition plans.
