During our initial consultation together, we will investigate your medical, food, and lifestyle history and explore the reasons that led you to book an appointment. I will ask you to take body measurements to help monitor your progress and define our starting point.  Please don’t be daunted by this.  Before our consultation, I will undertake an in-depth review of your food diary with an assessment of macro and micronutrient content. Finally, together, we will develop your personal health and nutrition goals, and I will provide you with a written plan following our consultation.  Before you leave, we will set a date for your online follow-up consultations; these can be set at an interval that best supports your nutrition journey.  Additional video or telephone support sessions can be booked if required.*

After completing your booking, you will receive an email within 2 days with a payment link. Please make payment within 24 hours of receiving this link to secure your booking.
You will also receive a welcome letter and a link to a pre-appointment questionnaire. Please complete the questionnaire at least 7 days before your appointment to allow The Pharmacist Nutritionist to prepare it.
If the booking is made within 7 days of the appointment, please complete it as soon as possible.
