Who is this for?
This consultation provides support, motivation and accountability and can follow an initial or follow up consultation, or “Nourish Reset”, “Nourish Re-balance" or “Nourish Continuum” packages.  It provides a chance to review your nutrition goals and make changes to your nutrition plan as you progress on your nutrition.

What to Expect

In this follow-up session, we will review your progress towards your nutrition goals. I will support you in any areas you have found difficult and help you set new goals as you move through your plan. Following our consultation, I will provide you with a summary of our consultation and a written plan detailing your nutrition next steps

Booking Information

After completing your booking, you will receive an email within 2 days with a payment link. Please make payment within 24 hours of receiving this link to secure your booking.
You will also receive a welcome letter and a link to a pre-appointment questionnaire. Please complete the questionnaire at least 7 days before your appointment to allow The Pharmacist Nutritionist to prepare it. If the booking is made within 7 days of the appointment, please complete it as soon as possible.
