We’ll explore warming spices, fragrant herbs and vibrant ingredients that bring both nutrition and joy to your table. Learn how to use these flavours with confidence, ask questions, and taste how easily they can fit into your everyday meals.
Expect delicious dishes to sample, new ideas to try at home, and plenty of tips to help you brighten up your winter meals with simple, healthful twists from across the Middle East.
Join me and experienced chef and food writer Angela as we demonstrate delicious, nutritious recipes you can easily make at home and explain the WHAT, WHY & HOW of the nutrition behind them.
The event includes a welcome drink and nibbles, a cookery demonstration, nutrition information, recipe cards, a sit-down meal, and a Q&A session.
